Thank you very much for your cooperation and perfect handling of our operation of cargo of the RCO. Also, the stage crew was very fond of your service and very friendly behaviour. You know, we were a little worried about the 31st of January, since definite arrangements came so late. We are not used to that, but we had a strong confidence in Marco van Oosterwijk from Hizkia van Kralingen. He never let us down. But I do realize he could not have done it without your cooperation and organization.

Especially Tina in LAX, to whom I spoke with several times. A special thanks to you. You never gave me the idea it would not work out.

But all of you -- you work for a fantastic company. Please stay there, for you are the ones who make it.

I look forward to working with you again in 2010, or maybe before, for it is not only the RCO that we do.
